We are looking for a new Venue Manager to take ownership of our Tea Tree Plaza venue and drive the next phase of performance.
What You'll Own
* Lead, coach and develop a team of up to 30, building capability and accountability
* Take full control of the floor, driving pace, energy and strong operational execution
* Deliver commercial outcomes, optimise sales, manage labour and COGs with full accountability over your P&L.
* Set the standard on great guest experience
* Build a venue culture that people want to be part of, both team and guests

* Proven operator with 2–3 years leading high-volume venues
* Decisive under pressure, you don't hesitate, you execute
* Commercially sharp, you understand how to drive performance, not just manage it
* Deeply invested in guest experience, product quality and team engagement
