Sales Representative
The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving sales growth in a dynamic retail environment.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide top-notch customer service and assistance to customers, ensuring their needs are met
* Demonstrate and explain product features and benefits to customers
* Process sales transactions and handle cash and card payments accurately
* Restock and maintain display shelves and product areas
* Assist with inventory management and stock takes as required
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* Proven sales experience, ideally in a retail or customer service environment
* A minimum of 1-2 years of sales experience is required
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage with customers and provide tailored assistance
* Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work autonomously as well as part of a team
* Enthusiasm, energy and a genuine passion for providing outstanding customer service
* Flexibility and adaptability, with the ability to work weekends and public holidays as required
