We're partnering with a major player in financial services undergoing a multi-stream transformation program. As part of this uplift, we're seeking a Business Analyst who can also work comfortably in project management to support the delivery of several initiatives focused on frameworks, standards, capability uplift, tooling and operating model improvements across the organisation. In this role, you will: Manage end-to-end delivery of uplift initiatives across frameworks, standards, capability, tooling and process improvement Create and maintain high-quality project documentation, reporting, RAID logs, governance packs and delivery artefacts Work closely with SMEs, tech teams, process owners and business stakeholders to align on scope, requirements, and outcomes Facilitate workshops, drive clarity and support analysis where deeper BA involvement is needed Identify and manage risks, issues, dependencies and ensure timely communication to stakeholders Influence and coordinate across multiple business areas within a complex, federated environment Ensure initiatives align to broader organisational strategy and uplift objectives You will be well suited to this role if you have: Demonstrated experience and success as a Business Analyst, ideally with hands-on project management experience Experience delivering framework, standards, capability uplift, regulatory, operating model, risk or process improvement initiatives Ability to work across both business and technology teams Strong stakeholder engagement and the ability to build alignment across competing priorities Experience working within structured delivery frameworks or transformation offices Strong organisational skills, structured thinking, and a proactive approach to delivery Ability to "roll up your sleeves" where deeper analysis or documentation is required If you're a delivery-focused Business Analyst who can also operate as a Project Manager and you enjoy frameworks, structure and capability uplift work, this is a great opportunity for you.
