THE POSITION As the Senior Merchandise Manager, you'll lead the development and execution of merchandise strategies that maximise sales, profitability, and inventory efficiency.
Working closely with buying, design, and marketing teams, you'll ensure ranges align with both trend directions and commercial goals while providing critical insights to shape decision-making.Day-to-day you will:Build merchandise plans that optimise sales and margins.Forecast demand and analyse sales performance, adjusting strategies as needed.Partner with buying, design, and marketing to deliver strong seasonal assortments.Monitor inventory and manage replenishment to ensure product availability.Present insights and financials to senior leadership.Keep across industry and competitor activity to inform product direction.
EXPERIENCE REQUIRED 5+ years' experience in merchandise planning or management (fashion strongly preferred).
Extensive experience with Stle Ardcade.Proven analytical and financial forecasting skills.Experience in inventory optimisation and margin improvement.Robust collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to influence cross-functional teams.A commercial mindset with a genuine passion for fashion and consumer trends.
