We are seeking a dedicated sales support specialist to join our Sales team in QLD.Primary Purpose:The purpose of this role is to provide state-based support for all sales, house & land, marketing and display program activities.Checking paperwork & accepting jobs in to the office from the Sales Consultants.Timely communication on promotional roll out - information and supporting suite of materials.Monitor traffic, lead quality and conversation rates – providing focused and regular communication on outcomes and trends, and contributing to continual improvement.Monitor sales feedback on market and lead status, ensuring all feedback is regularly consolidated and communicated to the central marketing team.Monitoring of House and Land package numbers and currency and coordination of increased activity.Liaison with developer marketing representatives to identify and take advantage of opportunities to collaborate in market.Entering of display roster through Click Home.Early assistance with GM Sales & Marketing for display locations and research.Overhaul of H&L package system.Check all VIP referrals for payment - monthly.Developer/Land Agent Relationships:Create and maintain strong relationships with land agents.Ensure awareness of all estates current and future in region.Provide feedback to agents on amount of packages currently created in their estates and provide them with feedback from Burbank consultants.Drive Joint Ventures with land agents and developers.Work with Regional Sales Manager to ensure that Burbank has packages and marketing presence in all land sales offices.Organize and facilitate regular land agent events coinciding with new display home openings to further support sales relationships.Professionally represent Burbank at developer and industry events.Support sales to improve the link/process between themselves and the land agents.Support Sales where required on land availability, pricing, future stages and developer requirements.Oversee House and Land package compliance across Stock Exchange – report back to House and Land Manager.Work with Sales Managers on current strategies for H&L packaging and expectations of Sales Team.Assist with Fixed priced site costs estate research.Provide weekly feedback to Regional Sales Managers on consultants relationships and level of contact with allocated Land Agents.Maintain Exclusive Program Spreadsheet including all sold, current, upcoming and expired holds.Support House and Land Admin to ensure Land Portal is up to date.Provide all Sales consultant new starters house and land training.Display Home Coordination & Presentation:Coordinate the roll out of display sales offices and display POS.Ensure appropriate signage is produced and installed at all displays.Maintain system related display timeframes (eg Click up) to ensure an accurate representation of build program at all times.Attend display meetings and ensure regular coordination with sales, operations, construction and national teams in relation to display program.Prepare and coordinate Display home launches in collaboration with Head of Marketing.Monitor display office POS and events to ensure currency and relevance.Ensure current promotions are managed and represented in displays in a timely fashion.Project manage display presentation (internal and external) to ensure a high and consistent standard at all times.Display maintenance coordination with Site Managers and regular checks. Keep on top of display house keeping (SWAT audits).Sourcing and collating landscaping design and quotes for Display homes.Internal and External relationships:Contribute to a strong working relationship between local and state teams.Ensure working relationships between teams and external parties is open, respectful and constructive.Establish new relationships with land sales offices, introducing sales team, regularly communicating to the wider Developer group via EDM.Be responsive and communicative with colleagues.Maintain productive relationships with colleagues intra and interstate to drive national consistency.Liaison with interstate marketing counterparts for consistency and continual improvement.Gate keeper of Estate information for office and sales.Marketing Coordination:Coordinate input and roll out of state based marketing activity as determined in conjunction with the National Marketing team.Keep abreast of all web content and ensure the accuracy is maintained in a timely manner.Assist the Sales Manager(s) in the collation and preparation of state based market research into competitor activity to aid in strategic decision making.Proofing and fact checking local collateral for accuracy and local nuance.State based marketing coordination of signage, banners, flyers, videography, virtual walk throughs, HomeX.Typical qualifications and/or Experience:Qualifications in marketing/communications and a minimum of two years’ experience in a similar role.Experience in the building industry an advantage.Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with strong attention to detail.Team player, diplomatic and cooperative.Relationship and network management focus with a high level of customer focus.Highly motivated, dynamic self-starter.Able to work under pressure.Demonstrated ability to collaborate productively with other staff within the Burbank Group and externally.Potential attendance at weekend events.Seniority level: Not ApplicableEmployment type: Full-timeJob function: Consulting, Sales, and Business DevelopmentIndustries: Building Construction
