From our legendary Roadside assistance to electric vehicle charging networks, holiday parks and lodges, car rentals, and harbour transport and ocean cruising we are striving to make a difference that contributes to a brighter shared future for all Australians.Forget what you thought you knew about the NRMA – take a look on the inside and you'll discover that life with us is more than just a job – it's your chance to make a difference together.Job DescriptionThis is an exciting career opportunity for an experienced UX Lead to collaborate with the design team and cross-functional stakeholders to create engaging interactions, intuitive and visually appealing digital experiences across web and app.What You'll DoLead the design of web and app design and create UX deliverables including personas, user journeys, wireframes, prototypes and component libraries.Design intuitive user interfaces for our web and mobile applications, ensuring consistency across platforms.Develop and maintain high-fidelity visual designs and design systems that align with brand guidelines and improve usability.Collaborate with product owners to identify and evaluate user problems and translate to requirements.Design and lead qualitative user research, synthesise insights to inform design decisions in collaboration with other designers.Create wireframes and interactive prototypes for user testing and iterate on solutions based on user feedback.Collaborate closely with product owners and stakeholders to ensure projects are guided by human centred design practices.What You'll Bring5+ years' experience in a UX design role or similar with experience leading projects.Knowledge and experience in Human Centred Design / Design Thinking methodologies.Experience in design systems, standards and responsive design.Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, InVision, Photoshop or similar.Portfolio that showcases your expertise in creating user-centred designs.Strong understanding of accessibility and inclusive design.Excellent communication skills and ability to present design solutions effectively.Experience working in Agile development teams.What's in it for you?At the NRMA we aren't just about discounts (although you do get these).
