Key Responsibilities
* Process invoices and maintain customer accounts
* Prepare correspondence and compile reports
* Manage routine administrative tasks such as mail, banking, and stationery
* Support other administrative functions and work closely with internal departments
* Promote and practice workplace health and safety policies
This is a part-time position (30 hours per week), with the potential to grow into a full-time role based on business needs and performance.
Requirements
* Completion of Year 11 or 12
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Dealer Management Systems
* Previous experience in an administrative or clerical role (preferred)
* Strong communication and organizational skills
* High attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
* Professional presentation and a team-oriented mindset
