The Role
* Managing a portfolio of clients across tax and business services
* Preparing and reviewing financial statements and income tax returns for various entities
* Handling BAS, IAS and ongoing compliance obligations
* Liaising directly with clients, the ATO and other stakeholders
* Assisting with tax planning and business advisory work
* Identifying opportunities to add value and improve client outcomes
* Supporting junior team members and contributing to a collaborative team environment
About You
* CA or CPA qualified (essential)
* 4-5+ years' experience in public practice accounting
* Strong technical skills across tax and business services
* Experience preparing financial statements and tax returns end‐to‐end
* Confident communicator with strong client relationship skills
* Proactive, organised and able to manage multiple deadlines
* Experience with Xero or similar cloud‐based accounting systems
