Civil Engineering Technician
Phillip Riley is looking for an experienced Civil Engineering Technician to join our team.
Duties include:
* Assisting in cost estimation in support of Civil Engineering tasks.
* Interpreting work assignment guidelines and performing tests on building materials for civil engineering work.
* Creating drawings and tables and selecting the right equipment and appropriate procedures.
* Examining civil engineering sites and arranging maintenance and repair work
* Gathering data, analysing and performing calculations
* Assessing material costs and verifying that completed projects comply with specifications, regulations and contract terms
* Gathering data for traffic surveys and carrying out tests on construction materials and soils in both laboratory and field environments.
As the ideal candidate you will have:
* You will have a minimum of 1 years' experience in a similar role
* Extensive technical knowledge,
* Interpersonal skills.
Salary: $87,500 - $107,500 plus superannuation
