As a Network Engineer, you will play a role in ensuring service delivery and assurance, working on advanced telecommunications systems.
What You'll Do
* Service Delivery (Build and commissioning) of network elements.
* Service Assurance/Restoration activities.
* Routine maintenance on infrastructure.
* Corrective and Emergency maintenance on switching, transmission, and improved service platforms.
* Provide technical support and response.
* Perform technical and visual inspections of building management systems.
What You Bring
* A technical qualification (Cert III, Cert IV, degree or diploma) in Telecommunications Engineering or equivalent working experience.
* Minimum five years' experience in fixed transmission networks with proven knowledge of network build and technologies.
* Strong understanding of critical infrastructure systems such as DC systems, rectifiers, batteries, PDUs, UPS systems, HVAC, and fire panels.
* Outstanding problem‐solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively with cross‐functional teams.
* Experience in managing exchanges and data centers, including HVAC and power systems.
* Familiarity with Office 365, Tableau, VMR, Service NOW, and other relevant tools.
