About You
* Previous supervisory experience or ready for that next step
* Retail or trade experience, including sales, wholesale, and/or workshop operations
* Ideal mechanical/automotive parts knowledge
* Flexible availability and valid driver's license
* Physical capacity to perform duties, including handling heavy products
Key Responsibilities:
* To lead and manage store operations effectively
* To develop and support team members in providing exceptional customer service
Requirements:
* Prior leadership experience or readiness to take on a new challenge
* Background in retail or trade, encompassing sales, wholesale, and/or workshop activities
* Audacious mechanical/automotive parts knowledge
* Flexibility in scheduling and possession of a valid driver's license
* Sufficient physical ability to handle job tasks, including carrying heavy items
