ICT Support Officer

* Location: Parramatta – at least 50% office attendance
* Full time temporary opportunity until 30 June 2028 (35 hours per week)
* Salary from $99,938 to $110,271 + super and annual leave loading

Your role

As an ICT Support Officer within the Aboriginal Housing Office (AHO), you will support the day to day operations by ensuring staff have reliable, secure, and well-managed technology. Working within the Business Services team, you will coordinate and administer ICT hardware, provide end-user support, and basic administration of ICT platforms including Salesforce, PMO365 and CloudTRIM. You will play a key role in device deployment, user access, and troubleshooting across office and remote environments, while also contributing to cybersecurity practices, vendor coordination, and broader operational initiatives that enable the AHO to deliver essential services to Aboriginal communities across NSW.

What you'll do

* Manage the distribution of laptops, mobile phones and other hardware as required to AHO staff.
* Maintain an accurate register of all devices and to which staff the hardware is allocated.
* Perform basic hardware configuration.
* Level 1 IT Support (hardware and systems).
* Reconcile Telecom monthly account with current list of services(data/voice).
* Directly communicate with AHO staff to provide ICT support and troubleshooting (hardware, systems), problem resolution, escalation as required.
* Liaise with Department of Communities and Justice/Workplace services departments.
* Assist with Office and Fleet Workplace inspections (as required).
* Assist with Fleet Administration (as required).

What we're looking for

* Experience providing ICT support in a corporate or government environment
* Well-developed communication and stakeholder engagement skills, with a customer focused approach.
* Strong troubleshooting skills across hardware, systems, and applications
* Experience managing ICT assets, device deployment, and user support
* Exposure to platform administration and reporting (e.g. Salesforce, PMO365, CloudTRIM or similar systems)
* Ability to manage competing priorities and respond to incidents in a timely manner
