Job Title: Business Relationship Manager
We are seeking a skilled and proactive individual to join our team as a Business Relationship Manager. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys building strong relationships with trade customers and delivering exceptional customer service.
In this role, you will be responsible for contacting trade customers on a daily basis via telephone and email, identifying upselling opportunities and providing valuable administrative support to the depot.
To be successful in this position, you will need to have excellent communication skills, be able to work in a fast-paced environment and have a sales-focused approach. You will also need to be able to prioritize tasks effectively and have good organizational skills.
As a Business Relationship Manager, you will play a vital role in helping us to achieve our business objectives and contribute to the efficient running of the depot.
Key Responsibilities:
* Contacting trade customers via telephone and email to identify upselling opportunities
* Providing administrative support to the depot
* Working closely with Kitchen Sales Designers and Territory Sales Representatives to assist in arranging appointments and fuel lead generation
