About the Role
We are seeking a skilled administrative professional to join our Human Resources and Talent Acquisition Team in a critical support role.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Act as the first point of contact for HR-related inquiries from managers and staff, providing accurate advice in consultation with HR Business Partners or the Head of Human Resources.
2. Collaborate with the HR team to develop procedures and manage employees' ongoing mandatory compliance requirements.
3. Manage contract variations, process employment contracts, and provide guidance to managers and stakeholders.
4. Maintain and update payroll systems and human resource records accurately.
5. Assist in drafting contracts for various employment types, ensuring compliance with relevant legislation and standards.
6. Support onboarding, compliance, and training scheduling for new employees in collaboration with Talent Acquisition Specialists.
7. Provide internal stakeholders and potential candidates with up-to-date information on current vacancies.
8. Administer the Employee Referral Program (ERP) and ensure timely payments are made.
9. Contribute to the development and maintenance of talent pools, including managing communication and sourcing strategies.
10. Engage with candidates early in the sourcing process to capture talent for key and high-volume roles.
11. Collaborate within the HR team to share knowledge, strategies, and best practices.
12. Maintain efficient and accurate filing systems in line with the Privacy Act.
13. Draft and deliver HR documentation, including casual conversion letters and other employment-related correspondence.
14. Support additional duties and HR projects as directed by the Head of Human Resources and HR Business Partners.
