Operations Manager
Karratha | Permanent Part-Time
Karratha Cleaning is a well-established, locally owned commercial and industrial cleaning company operating in the Pilbara for over 15 years.
We are seeking a part-time Operations Manager to support daily operations across our Karratha sites, coordinating staff, rosters, inspections and operational tasks to ensure services are delivered safely and to a high standard.
Key Responsibilities
* Oversee cleaning operations across multiple sites
* Complete quality inspections using SafetyCulture
* Coordinate staff rosters and coverage using Deputy
* Support and communicate with staff
* Manage vehicle, equipment and compliance inspections
* Liaise with clients and attend meetings as required
* Provide operational cover during Business Manager leave
About You
* Experience working in a small business environment
* Previous administration or operations support experience
* Strong organisational and time management skills
* Confident communicator with a hands-on, practical approach
* Comfortable managing rosters, inspections and reporting
* Current WA Driver's Licence and based in Karratha
Role Details
* Permanent part-time (approx hours per week)
* Flexible working arrangements (office, site and WFH)
* Flexible shift times to work around family commitments
* Work phone and laptop provided
* Additional hours may be required during peak periods or as per operational demand
* Must be located in Karratha, this is not a FIFO position
Salary Information
$37.00 per hour + entitlements + superannuation (minimum 22.5 hours per week – approx. $43,290 p.a. pro rata)
