Journey Early Learning is seeking an enthusiastic, passionate, and experienced Permanent Educator to join our Kawana team in supporting the planning, implementing, and evaluating programs for all our children.

About The RoleThis is a Permanent part-time opportunity across Monday to Friday.As our new Childcare Permanent Educator, you will be responsible for developing and fostering meaningful relationships with children, families, colleagues, and the community.
You will support and guide children's learning while developing your own career and knowledge within the childcare sector.Key ResponsibilitiesEnsure a high level of health & safety standards are maintained at all timesFacilitate learning experiences for your allocated group of childrenAssist in the observation and evaluation of children\'s individual strengths, interests and preferencesDesign and implement activities to be included in children\'s developmental programBe part of a collaborative teaching and interactive learning environmentAbout YouYou are a creative and inspired early childhood educator with a passion to lead and develop age specific programs and daily routines.
