About the role
We are seeking a motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Trade Retail Assistant at our store location in Brooklyn. Specialising in knowledge of tools such as Bosch, Milwauke etc.
As a Retail Assistant, you will play a key role in providing exceptional customer service, assisting with product inquiries, carrying out sales transactions, and maintaining the overall appearance of the store.
Responsibilities
* Processing sales transactions
* Providing advice and information on products
* Supporting customer queries and offering solutions
* Maintaining store displays and ensuring a well-presented store
* Processing and maintaining customer orders
Requirements
* Strong attention to detail and a focus on customer service as well as operations
* Working well in a team environment and individually
* Previous retail/or trade experience required (minimum 2 years - fast-moving consumer goods)
* Computer literacy
* Enthusiastic, highly motivated, and a phenomenal teammate
* Dedicated to providing exceptional customer service
