About You

* Possess a mechanical engineering degree from a recognized institution.
* Hold 2-5 years of experience working in mining and minerals studies or projects, preferably in process plants and mining operations or construction.
* Have substantial exposure to project planning, cost control, estimating, and reporting.
* Show outstanding communication skills and ability to develop rapport with internal and external stakeholders.
* Demonstrate strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
* Prior EPCM/EPC experience, including supervision of contractors and field personnel, is a plus but not essential.
* Prove a strong commitment to safety with evidence of actively promoting and sustaining a zero-harm environment.
