About the Role
We are seeking a confident, hands-on
Workshop Team Leader
to oversee daily workshop operations, support technicians, and deliver high-quality fitments.
You will be responsible for:
Allocating jobs and managing workflow
Leading, mentoring, and supporting workshop techs
Ensuring all installs meet high quality and safety standards
Completing complex fitments and diagnostics
Overseeing workshop organisation, cleanliness, and compliance
Reducing rework through strong QC processes
Communicating with the front-of-house team on job progress
Helping build a positive, productive workshop culture
About You
You're the right fit if you are:
An experienced
4x4 Technician / Light Vehicle Mechanic
Skilled in suspension, bull bars, snorkels, electrical and accessory fitment
Confident leading a small team
Strong in diagnostics and problem-solving
Proud of your work and quality-driven
Able to communicate clearly with customers and team members
Looking for a long-term career, not just a job
Auto-electrical experience
is a strong advantage but not essential.
