About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated Business Development Representative to join our sales team. As a key member of our NSW/ACT team, you will be responsible for identifying and closing new business opportunities to meet sales targets across the Southern NSW and ACT region.
Key Responsibilities
* Prospect for new business through cold calling and networking events.
* BUIld relationships with clients to develop a strong pipeline.
* Work closely with a dedicated Client Service Manager to ensure excellent ongoing service to clients.
Requirements
* Demonstrated experience in B2B sales.
* Confident and experienced in cold calling.
* Committed to meeting and exceeding sales targets.
* Well presented and professional in all stakeholder interactions.
* Good financial acumen and ability to discuss our services.
* Excellent communication skills and ability to build relationships.
* Results-driven, self-motivated and effective as part of a small, close-knit team.
