Your duties will include but not limited to:
* Management of a commercial portfolio
* Identifying opportunities to add value to the portfolio
* Liaising with Landlords and Prospective Tenants
* Re-Leasing the existing portfolio
* Regular training and ongoing professional development
The ideal candidate will have:
* Professional presentation
* Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
* A commitment to continuous improvement and learning
* Completed their Agents Representative certificate
* Strong negotiation, organisation and time management skills
* A commitment to providing the highest levels of customer service
* Reliable car and driver's license
* Ideally located within a 20min drive from the office.
Skills & Experience
Successful Commercial Property Manager's come from a variety of different backgrounds. While you don't need any previous experience in real estate you do need a record of success in dealing with people, demonstrated achievement and perseverance in past endeavours, a strong attention to detail and great communication skills.
