Job Description
We're looking for a talented Project Architect to join our Perth studio and play a key role in delivering some of our most exciting health and commercial projects.
You'll bring deep design knowledge and the confidence to lead complex projects from concept through construction. With at least 10+ years of experience, you'll be ready to take ownership of project delivery, client relationships, and coordination with consultants and contractors.
You understand how design intent translates to the built environment — balancing creativity with a solid grasp of construction detailing, technical delivery, and commercial contracts. You'll thrive in a collaborative environment, leading teams and communicating clearly with clients and stakeholders.
Qualifications
* 10+ years of experience as an Architect, ideally with registration (or eligibility for registration in WA)
* Strong experience in commercial/or health architecture
* Proven ability to lead projects through all phases – from design to delivery
* Confident client communicator and natural collaborator
* Excellent technical and construction knowledge, including contract administration skills
* Revit proficiency and experience working in multidisciplinary teams
