On‑Site Labourers to support leading HVAC and mechanical contractors on commercial fit‑out projects across Sydney. This is hands‑on, site‑based work for team players who take pride in safety, punctuality and getting the job done right. Immediate starts available.
Key responsibilities
* Assist trades with loading, unloading and moving materials on site.
* Prepare and maintain work areas, including cleaning, waste removal and site housekeeping.
* Support installation teams by holding, positioning and securing ductwork, piping and fixtures.
* Operate basic tools and equipment under supervision and follow site safety procedures.
* Follow directions from site supervisors and coordinate with trades to keep programs on schedule.
Skills and qualifications
* Previous experience on construction or commercial fit‑out sites preferred but not essential.
* White Card and full PPE required.
* Reliable transport and punctuality.
* Physically fit and able to lift, carry and work on your feet for extended periods.
* Positive attitude, strong work ethic and willingness to learn.
