About the Role
Reporting to the Regional Director of Commercial, the Regional Marketing Manager will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing BWH Hotels' overarching marketing strategy across both B2C and B2B audiences.
You will lead the delivery of integrated marketing campaigns, brand initiatives and communications while driving growth of the BWH Hotels loyalty programs. Working within a close-knit team of four, you will oversee a broad marketing remit including digital performance, email marketing, social media, PR, creative, content and communications.
Your work will directly support hotel performance, revenue growth and brand strength across the ANZ region.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the strategy and execution of the BWH Hotel loyalty programs, driving member engagement, acquisition and retention
Develop and deliver integrated marketing campaigns that build brand awareness and support hotel launches, promotions and key events
Identify new growth opportunities using partner insights and internal analytics to reach new audiences through strategic partnerships
Manage digital performance marketing across key platforms to maximise ROI and ROAS
Plan and deliver high-performing eDM campaigns with compelling creative, segmentation and automation
Produce engaging digital and print marketing assets that bring our brands to life
Collaborate with internal stakeholders and agency partners to plan, execute and optimise the marketing channel mix
Build and maintain strong relationships with key tourism and destination marketing organisations
Effectively manage budgets, timelines and external suppliers to ensure seamless campaign delivery
About You
You're a strategic thinker with a hands-on approach, comfortable balancing creativity with data-driven decision-making. You thrive in a collaborative environment and are passionate about delivering marketing that drives real commercial results.
You will bring:
5+ years' experience developing and executing innovative brand marketing strategies
Strong project management and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think strategically and analytically
Experience across SEO, Google Ads, Expedia Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, content, social media and Adobe Analytics
Hands-on experience with CRM platforms and eDM creation, segmentation and automation
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with strong presentation and design capability
Experience in the accommodation or hotel industry (highly regarded)
