About The Role
* We are seeking an experienced professional to plan, schedule, and coordinate internal and external training programs for our engineering department.
* The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate training records in line with aviation regulations and company policies.
* This includes ensuring new staff complete role-specific induction training, tracking training validity, recurrent requirements, and issuing timely reminders.
About You
* You should have experience coordinating training programs in a regulated industry (aviation, transport, mining or defence).
* Your organisational skills must be strong enough to manage multiple streams of training concurrently.
* You need high attention to detail when maintaining records and documentation.
* Able to work collaboratively across departments using your communication skills effectively.
