We are seeking an experienced Customer Service Specialist to join our team in Port Macquarie. The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Job Description
The primary function of this role is to provide exceptional customer service to our clients. This includes greeting customers, answering their inquiries, and providing support to the Branch Manager with administrative tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
* Greet customers and visitors at reception with a positive attitude.
* Ensure customers have the best experience within the branch.
* Answer customer inquiries via telephone, email, and in-person.
* Provide support to the Branch Manager with daily operations.
* Effectively communicate delivery lead times to customers.
Requirements:
* Professional communication and presentation skills.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
* Current drivers license.
* Ability to resolve issues and create solutions for customers.
* Support the Branch Manager with administrative tasks.
