Sales Administrator – Ipswich, Suffolk – Full-time | Permanent – Logistics / Transport
We are recruiting on behalf of a well-established logistics company based in Ipswich who are looking to appoint a Sales Administrator to support their busy sales team. This is a great opportunity for an organised and detail-oriented administrator with strong customer service skills, ideally within a fast-paced office environment.
Key Responsibilities
* Supporting the sales team with day-to-day administration
* Handling customer enquiries via phone and email
* Updating and maintaining accurate records on internal systems and CRM
* Liaising with internal departments including operations and accounts
* Assisting with sales reports and general office administration
* Delivering a high standard of customer service at all times
The Ideal Candidate
* Previous experience in a sales administration or administrative role
* Logistics or transport experience would be an advantage, but not essential
* Strong organisational and time management skills
* Confident communication skills, both written and verbal
* High level of accuracy and attention to detail
* Competent with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
* Able to work well independently and as part of a team
