Overview
We are seeking a passionate and experienced ANZ Digital Lead to drive digital capabilities at ANZ, focusing on building competitive advantages through innovative digital marketing strategies and solutions. This role involves leading digital initiatives, managing key stakeholder relationships, and acting as the Digital Marketing Product Owner.
Your Responsibilities
* Partner with internal teams to develop differentiated capabilities in Consumer Engagement, Experience, and Content.
* Act as the CRM Product Owner, with flexibility to transition to other digital marketing areas such as WEM and Content.
* Establish trusted relationships with stakeholders and lead digital strategy alignment with business objectives.
* Manage digital product portfolios, ensuring delivery aligns with expectations, budgets, and timelines.
* Lead Agile product development processes, prioritize backlogs, and manage resources effectively.
* Develop annual business plans, budgets, and business cases for digital initiatives.
* Ensure digital products' reliability and operational performance, maintaining industry best practices.
Qualifications & Skills
* 7-10 years of experience as a Product Owner, preferably in CPG/retail sectors, with strategic and technological impact.
* Knowledge of CRM platforms like Salesforce; certifications are a plus.
* Strong business acumen in Consumer Engagement and Digital Marketing.
* Financial skills including business case development and KPI setting.
* Excellent communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally.
