Job Description
The responsibilities of the role will be multi-faceted and thus will include but will not be limited to the following:
* Manage the deployment and subsequent integration of a new contract management system including the appropriate configuration, communication and ultimately the adoption of the system.
* Manage an existing suite of low to medium risk contractual relationships between commissioned suppliers and the organisation, with particular attention to legal risk, governance and compliance.
* The analysis of existing contracts; engaging in performance management as required, further developing key stakeholder relationships and the management of variations, claims etc to ensure adherence to agreed performance and commercial expectations
* Maintenance of accurate contract records and documentation in line with organisational standards.
The Successful Applicant
The successful individual will demonstrate the following:
* Previous experience managing the implementation of a contract management system, ideally within a similar industry.
* Previous experience in a similar or equivalent position, ideally within a non-for-profit, government, or educational environment.
* The ability to facilitate complex negotiations with demonstrated commercial or operational outcomes.
