Virtual Call Centre Sales Representative | Remote Position WFH
Who are we?
We are a highly skilled renewable energy sales & installation company servicing installations for the top solar retailers on the east coast. Solana Energy is growing rapidly and adapting to the new wave of renewable energy solutions.
We are on the hunt for new talent to develop our remote sales division, adding strength to our business while we continue our rapid rise.
This role will initially start as a part time role on a fixed contract : Attractive for someone who enjoys having their mornings to themselves and then kick into the day after lunch. A flexible role, work from anywhere in Australia with high earning potential, achievable targets, structured progressional path
Working Hours:
20hrs p/w
Mon/Fri
Varied hours between 12:00pm - 5:00pm

What do we want from you?
* 1 years experience working in a contact centre - Outbound or Inbound
* Ability to work autonomously and as part of a fast-paced team
* Efficient in data entry and CRM Management
* Australian working rights
* A positive attitude and a solid work ethic
Useful Skills:
* Previous contact centre experience (all types of experience relevant)
* Previous sales pitch training - Phones/Face to Face
* Experience working towards KPIs
* Competitive sporting background
* Confident communicator
* Excellent organisation skills
* Computer proficient - Word, Excel, CRM Management
