About the role
As the Sales Executive at Knox Signage & Printing, you will focus on driving the company's new business development efforts in the sales field. This full-time position is based in Knoxfield, VIC – (hybrid), and you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to grow Knox Signage & Printing's customer base and increase revenue.

Knox Signage & Printing is a growing family owned business with over 10 years' experience in signage and large format printing. Our customers cover various industries of health, retail, education, construction, hospitality, etc. We are looking for a motivated sales executive who is eager to grow with the company for long term period.
Role and Responsibilities
* Identifying and pursuing new sales opportunities within company's target market.
* Building and maintaining strong relationships with new and existing customers.
* Negotiating and closing sales contracts while ensuring customer satisfaction.
* Providing regular reports on sales performance and pipeline. Direct report to Owner-Director.
Requirements
* Proven track record of success in the signage & large format printing industry.
* Strong consultative selling skills and the ability to identify and address customer needs.
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
* Honest, Independent and hard working.
* Australian Driver License & personal car (Required).
* Work Authorization: Australia (Required).
* A competitive base salary that will be supplemented with structured commission.
* Car allowance and travel reimbursement.
