The role
As CFO, you'll sit at the heart of the executive leadership team. More than stewarding finance, you'll act as a strategic partner balancing financial discipline with entrepreneurial drive. You'll have both the autonomy and responsibility to sharpen decision-making, drive performance and build financial resilience while enabling brand-building and market expansion.
Key responsibilities:
* Lead all aspects of finance, accounting, treasury and compliance—driving control, clarity and discipline.
* Partner with the CEO and leadership team on growth strategy, capital planning and new market opportunities.
* Strengthen financial systems across manufacturing, supply chain, distribution and inventory.
* Deliver commercial insight to optimise working capital, pricing, margins and investment choices.
* Manage financial and investment relationships, ensuring the right capital structure for growth.
* Build and lead a high-performing, accountable finance team.
