As a Room Attendant, you will be part of the Housekeeping team and help ensure our rooms are clean and well presented for guests, while collaborating with the team and assisting guests as needed.
Location: Brisbane, Queensland, Australia
Responsibilities
- Thoroughly clean all sections of guest rooms, including changing linens, cleaning bathrooms, and wiping down surfaces to ensure an exceptional first impression
- Work within established guidelines to achieve high standards
- Maintain and restock housekeeping trolleys, keeping them organized and well equipped
- Use cleaning materials with care and adhere to safety protocols to ensure a secure environment
- Respect guest privacy and security, upholding comfort for all guests
- Report maintenance issues promptly to support a flawless guest experience
Skills and Experience
- Previous experience as a cleaner or room attendant is a plus
- Warm and welcoming communication style for guests and team members
- Strong attention to detail, efficient time management, and pride in tasks
- Willingness to perform a physical role and navigate between rooms via internal/external staircases
- Ability to collaborate with colleagues from diverse backgrounds
- Reliable transportation and availability to work various shifts including weekends and public holidays
