Account Manager - Restaurants / Dining Reporting To: Head of Partnerships Location: VIC (On the road WFH flexibility) Salary: $100K Super Uncapped Bonus Job Overview: A standout opportunity for a well-connected hospitality professional to step into a partnership-driven Account Manager role within a highly established and growing business. This is a true 50/50 split between business development and account management-giving you the opportunity to build new relationships while managing and growing an existing portfolio across Victoria. You'll be out in the market, working closely with restaurants and dining venues, developing long-term partnerships and driving commercial outcomes. Job Description: Develop and execute a strategic approach to acquiring new restaurant and dining partnerships across VIC Build and maintain a strong pipeline of target venues Prospect, negotiate, and secure new partnerships Manage and grow an existing portfolio of hospitality accounts Regularly visit partners to strengthen relationships and drive engagement Renegotiate and retain key partnerships within your portfolio Collaborate with internal teams to deliver tailored marketing and partnership campaigns Present performance insights and data to partners to demonstrate value Represent the business at industry events and networking groups Handle partner queries, training, and retention conversations with a high level of service Experience Required: Proven experience within hospitality, restaurants, or dining Strong network across VIC - ideally within premium / fine dining venues Background in account management and/or business development Confident in negotiating and building long-term commercial partnerships Highly driven, sales-focused, and commercially minded Strong communication and relationship-building skills Able to work autonomously in a WFH/on-the-road role The Package: $100K Super Uncapped bonus structure On-the-road WFH flexibility High-autonomy role with strong earning potential Opportunity to work with premium dining venues across VIC Interested?
