The Processing Officer plays an integral role in a dedicated team delivering high‐quality processing functions to the Courts in New Zealand, while ensuring participants have access to support programmes. This non‐customer facing position involves data entry, referral preparation and processing, managing queries via email and over the phone, and requires strong database management skills, exceptional attention to detail, and a commitment to providing high‐quality customer service.
Qualifications and Experience
* Understanding of the impacts of family violence
* Commitment to Te Ao Māori
* Strong written and oral communication skills
* Solid computer skills
* Highly organized
* Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively

Salary
The remuneration band for this role is $56,343 to $74,416 – the average starting salary is $56,343.
