This position entails providing high-level administrative assistance to the Vice President Operations.
The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining effective working relationships with internal and external stakeholders, preparing communication to send to Properties/Business units, and assisting with the coordination and management of projects.
Key Responsibilities:
* Maintain effective working relationships with relevant internal and external stakeholders by ensuring communication is regular and appropriate.
* Liaise with other EAs to ensure communication, processes and procedures across the organization are consistent.
* Prepare communication to send to Properties/Business units.
* Assist with the coordination and management of projects.
Requirements:
* Similar experience as an Executive Assistant, hotel experience advantageous.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
* Strong project management and coordination.
* Proficient in Canva, Outlook and MS Office (Powerpoint & Excel).
