Join the BIG team on an ongoing, casual basis as a Planogram Merchandiser. You will be responsible for completing various merchandising tasks such as planograms, point-of-sale set-up, pricing and ticketing supporting Australia's major retailers.
About The Role
Approximately 8-14 hours per week in Northam and surrounds. Hours vary depending on business needs and are not limited to one store.
* Flexibility is required across Monday-Thursday with 1-2 full day availability
* Starting in February 2026
Key Responsibilities
* Building strong relationships with store personnel
* Creating and maintaining quality planograms in store
* Pricing and ticketing compliance
* Submit tasks & quality photos daily via smartphone/tablet
* Represent BIG and our clients positively and professionally
Successful Candidate Will Have
* Planogram experience in a grocery/retail environment
* Strong communication, organisational skills, and attention to detail
* An ability to work autonomously but with an overall team focus
* Ability to perform the physical & repetitive requirements of the role
