THE ROLE We are seeking an experienced and commercially minded Export Sales professional to drive growth across our international markets. Reporting to the Group Sales Manager, you will be responsible for managing and expanding export sales, building strong customer relationships, and identifying new business opportunities. Key responsibilities include: Managing and growing export customer accounts; Analysing market trends, pricing, and product performance; Developing and executing export sales strategies; Identifying and securing new international opportunities; Working closely with internal production and supply teams; Regular engagement with overseas customers and markets. THE REQUIREMENTS You are a confident and results-driven sales professional with strong industry knowledge and a proven ability to build long-term customer relationships. You will bring: 5 years’ experience in meat sales, processing, or trading (essential); Strong understanding of the beef/export protein industry; Excellent negotiation and commercial skills; Strong Excel and Microsoft Office capability; High attention to detail and strong analytical ability; Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills; Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment; A proactive, solutions-focused mindset.
