Reporting into the Senior Finance Manager of this top-tier real estate group, this is a highly commercial FM role and a key leadership role.
You are responsible for the delivery of financial and commercial deliverables for a portfolio of assets, including review of all asset-level accounting, analysis and reporting.
You will play a role in the delivery of financial and commercial analysis & insights for the portfolio, as well as budgeting and forecasting. Your team's input and analysis will directly impact commercial decisions made at an asset level and will ultimately contribute to the strategic direction of the wider organisation.
Whilst growing and managing the team, a core aspect of your role will be building & managing key internal & external relationships with a wide variety of stakeholders, including Ex-Co.
As a member of the finance leadership team, you'll play an integral part in the execution of strategy and business planning, as well as identification and implementation of projects and process improvement initiatives in order to aid growth initiatives. Finally you'll have a part to play around transactions, such as ensuring smooth integration of newly acquired assets into the portfolio.
You are a CA or CPA qualified property finance professional, with extensive experience in the commercial real estate field (property finance experience required), preferably within a similarly operational, business-facing role.
You're a proven leader, who enjoys mentoring and developing staff. And your stakeholder engagement & communication skills are excellent.
