We are a Authentic Italian restaurant who pride ourselves on quality product and authentic Italian cuisine. We are currently seeking a passionate individual to join our team and work the pizza section.
We use a Marana Forni pizza oven.
We are looking for someone who:
- Can demonstrate experience in the pizza section (with wood fire pizza oven)
- Is experienced in high volume, fast-paced working environment
- Is experienced in hand-stretching pizza dough
- Has good knowledge and genuine interest in Italian cuisine
- Has a high standards for food and cleanliness
- Is available to start ASAP
