Overview The Digital Business Partner is a key role that develops and manages relationships with stakeholders across the Health Portfolio to identify pain points within the health business.
With knowledge of the strategic priorities of the relevant Health Portfolio, they guide decision-making on investments on digital solutions.
The role applies a partnering approach in delivering high level advocacy, advisory and mediation services to, and between business units, and internal and external service providers to identify optimal digital solutions and synergies across other portfolios.
Using their detailed knowledge and experience working within the health system, and utilising an ICT architectural approach, the Digital Business Partner will broker engagement with digital service providers (including Digital Health SA, SA Health technology providers and external providers), to maximise re-use of existing investments in digital technology.
Ultimately the Digital Business Partner aims to enable better health outcomes for South Australians by the increased use of digital services which will be demonstrated via agreed benefit realisation metrics.
