The Role
We're looking for a confident and experienced Client Services Lead to join our growing team. This role is best suited to a senior-level Account Manager who thrives on building strong client relationships, driving campaign results, and improving processes to deliver market-leading client experiences. Reporting to the Head of Digital, you'll work closely with internal specialists and the leadership team to deliver exceptional service and help build out a best-in-class client services division. You won't be managing people initially, but you will play a key role in shaping our client services department. Working closely with the leadership team, you'll help build structure, define workflows, and set the foundations for future scale.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage a portfolio of key client accounts, ensuring projects are delivered on time, on budget, and to a high standard
* Act as the primary point of contact for clients - leading meetings, managing expectations, and keeping them informed of progress
* Coordinate the delivery of monthly multi-service performance reports (SEO, Paid Ads, Social, Web etc.), ensuring accuracy, clarity, and consistency across all channels
* Confidently present performance reports to clients, providing insights, highlighting wins, and aligning on future actions
* Work cross-functionally with internal teams (SEO, Paid Ads, Web, Social, Creative) to align on priorities, manage resources, and ensure clear communication
* Brief internal teams clearly and ensure all deliverables meet the agreed strategy and goals
* Support leadership in building and refining client service processes, templates, and onboarding frameworks
* Identify opportunities to improve service delivery and proactively suggest solutions
* Champion the client experience - ensuring Studio22 is known for its elite level of service and communication
* Participate in strategic planning to scale the client services department as we grow
About You
* 3+ years experience in a client-facing Account Manager or similar role within a digital agency
* Exceptional communication skills and confidence in leading client conversations
* Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple projects at once
* Proactive mindset with a high attention to detail
* Experience across digital marketing channels such as SEO, Google Ads, Meta Ads, and social content is desirable
