People with new perspectives, energy and passion to drive Viva Energy and their careers forward.Job DescriptionWe have an exciting opportunity for a Full-Time Marine Attendant to join our team at White Bay, working 40 hours per week with a rotating roster of Day and Afternoon shifts at one of the world’s most beautiful natural harbours.In this dynamic and customer-focussed role, you will be the face of Viva Energy on the jetty, acting as the key interface with marine customers and their refuelling needs.ResponsibilitiesDeliver exceptional customer service to boat owners, NSW ferries, luxury clients and other marine customersManage account systems, including trouble-shooting any customer account issuesEnsure Viva Energy’s safety standards are always upheldConduct regular operational checks and maintenance tasksQualificationsGreat communication skills and passionate about delivering excellent customer serviceA positive attitude with ability to display leadership and take initiativeExperience and interest in Marine equipment and industry beneficialDemonstrated safety and risk management experience, along with understanding of emergency responseInterest in learning about hydrocarbons and the fuel industryProficient in using technology and computer systems to support daily tasksAdditional InformationAbout Viva EnergyJoin a team that values diversity.
