Finance Manager opportunity within a small property development business.

Reporting to the Managing Director and COO, you will oversee end-to-end finance functions and a small team of accountants.
Responsibilities
* Financial reporting for group entities, including the parent company
* Monitor accounts payable and receivable
* Group entity level work, including loan and tax-related work
* Consolidation of group reporting
* Monitor ongoing compliance to accounting policies and standards
* Cash flow forecasting responsibilities
Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will be CPA or CA qualified with experience in a small‑medium property development business or similar. You must have written and verbal business proficiency in Mandarin or Cantonese to be considered for this role.
