The Role:
* Assist clients with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and medication reminders.
* Provide domestic support including light cleaning, laundry, and meal preparation.
This role involves traveling between client residences providing person-centered care and support. Key responsibilities include:
* Foster a safe environment for our clients
* Evaluate client needs and create personalized care plans
* Maintain accurate records of client interactions
