About the Role: As an Assistant Store Manager, you will support the Store Manager in leading a dynamic team, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, and driving store performance.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and develop a team to exceed sales targets and KPIs.
Deliver an outstanding customer experience.
Oversee stock management, merchandising, and store presentation.
Manage rostering, coaching, and team development.
About You:
Experience in retail management, preferably in a high-volume, quick-paced workplace.
Strong leadership and people management skills.
A passion for customer service and operational excellence.
Ability to drive team performance and achieve business goals.
