Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Recruitment Officer to play a key role in shaping the future of our organisation through innovative recruitment practices.
This dynamic and experienced HR/Recruitment professional will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process for temporary agency staff, ensuring timely placement of candidates to meet fluctuating workforce demands.
You will act as the key liaison between hiring managers and staffing agencies, ensuring successful placement of temporary agency staff, compliance with onboarding requirements, internal governance and procurement procedures, organisational policies, reporting and analysis, budget management and workforce planning strategies.
In this role, you will identify and assist the hiring of skilled contingent staff into Council and support recruitment generally as required for Council.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for temporary agency staff
* Act as the key liaison between hiring managers and staffing agencies
* Ensure successful placement of temporary agency staff, compliance with onboarding requirements
* Internal governance and procurement procedures, organisational policies, reporting and analysis, and workforce planning strategies
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* A relevant tertiary qualification in Human Resources
* Proven experience in the provision of centralised recruitment services within an organisation
* Proven experience in the provision of contingent/temporary staff labour
