We are seeking an experienced and skilled Leading Hand/Foreman to lead teams across various concrete projects.
Main Responsibilities:
* Lead crews on small and large scale concrete projects
* Set out tasks and supervise teams to ensure high-quality work
Key Requirements:
Essential Skills and Qualifications:
* A minimum of 5-8 years' experience in the concrete trade
* Strong screeding and finishing skills with the ability to read and understand plans and RLs
* Proven experience leading crews on residential or commercial slab pours
* Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
