We have an opportunity available for an Advanced Operator for our McLaren Vale Site.
You will be responsible for safely & effectively operate mobile plant machinery to meet daily production requirements of processing incoming soils
Key Responsibilities
Ensure that Daily / Weekly / Monthly production targets are met
Assist with Plant Maintenance when required
Ensure all machines and equipment are maintained regularly and to a high standard, to optimise productivity
Operate in a safe manner at all times to optimise machine performance and operational requirements
Process correct products and volumes to meet customer requirements
Qualifications and Experience
Current HR Licence
Front End Loader ticket (LL)
Excavator ticket (LE)
Asbestos identification and handling experience
Appropriate training of safe lockout procedures
Manual Handling knowledge and training
Good understanding of Chain of Responsibility laws and regulations
Traffic management understanding and experience
White Card
Good organisational, interpersonal, and planning skills
Self-motivated, and have the ability to work both autonomously and collaboratively
Qualification in Cert 3 Plant Operations and supervisory experience in a waste management or similar area would both be highly desirable
