About The Role
Concord Centre for Mental Health is committed to improving mental health for people and our communities by providing quality mental health services in partnership with consumers, families and service providers by providing quality healthcare, delivery of safe appropriate care, ensuring access to services, supporting our workforce, and working closely with the local community to manage the changing demand for services.
The successful candidate will provide a high quality Social Work service to patients/clients and carers in order to ensure the provision of optimal health outcomes for the patients/clients of the service.

Ideal Candidate
Must hold a Bachelor or post graduate degree in Social Work that provides eligibility for full membership of the Australian Association of Social Workers.Demonstrated knowledge, skills and clinical experience in Social Work clinical practice.Demonstrated high level written and verbal communication skills and excellent interpersonal skills.
